I absolutely give my highest marks to Shawn for getting amazing results for me as a seller. I was faced with liquidating a family trust which owned two residences, one in La Crescenta and one in Altadena. What made it a bigger challenge was that I live 1.5 hours away from both. Shawn handled all the many tasks which I would have otherwise been burdened by. He helped with several home improvement vendors to spruce the houses up, knowing who to call and being there for the service calls.
